Currently, Andy is leading Assure HRLabs, an emerging recruiting technology startup that aims to meet the marketplace's needs by developing and offering an innovative way of sourcing using advanced recruiting technologies. The company's primary focus is tapping the passive talent pool, which constitutes 75% of the working professionals around the globe.
